Our founder, a Finnish-born German, offers a distinct intercultural perspective. With experience ranging from a Brussels-based think tank to the European Central Bank (ECB), top-tier PR consultancies, and diverse industrial and manufacturing clients throughout Europe and the Middle East, she leads our cross-border venture with a unique approach.

Sofia is a fictional character. Her name draws inspiration from Greek mythology, and it means "wisdom". It's a word that also refers to "cleverness" or "skill" in the productive arts – a deep passion of her creator, but the real kick is this: The three ending letters F, I, and A represent our company values fearless, intellectual, and authentic. "& Co" stands for all the exceptional people behind her work.
